Fulton County's admission that it lacks copies of all ballots counted during the 2020 election further complicates the situation.
"The lack of accountability in our election systems is unacceptable," Dolezal remarked.
He insists that the state must act swiftly to ensure that the upcoming 2026 general election is free from the mismanagement reported in past elections.
Dolezal is rallying support among his fellow lawmakers, and he remains hopeful that the state election board will take his concerns seriously in their upcoming meetings.
