Two migrants from Venezuela have been arrested for the murder of 12-year-old Jocelyn Nungaray in Houston, Texas. Johan Jose Rangel Martinez, 21, and Franklin Jose Pena Ramos, 26, were charged with capital murder on Thursday.

Pena Ramos had crossed into El Paso, Texas, on May 28 and was released soon after his interaction with border agents. He was wearing a GPS tracker, which was only set to monitor his location for 21 days.

This tragic incident highlights the ongoing issue of illegal immigration and the need for stronger border security. The Biden administration's open border policies have allowed criminals and potential terrorists to enter the country, putting American lives at risk.

In the past few months, there have been numerous reports of illegal immigrants committing violent crimes, including rape and murder. The Biden administration's refusal to make any meaningful increase in the number of detainees and continued sending of invaders across the country with nothing more than a rubber stamp is unacceptable.

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) sources said that Pena Ramos was released into the US after claiming he feared for his life if he was sent back to his home country. This raises questions about the vetting process for illegal immigrants and the potential for terrorists to exploit the system.

The murder of Jocelyn Nungaray is a stark reminder of the consequences of weak border security. The Biden administration must take immediate action to secure the border and prevent further tragedies from occurring.

In the meantime, Americans must remain vigilant and report any suspicious activity to law enforcement. The safety and security of our communities depend on it.
