Biden Campaign Sends Instructions to Supporters on How to Defend Debate Performance

President Joe Biden's campaign has taken its gaslighting efforts to the next level as the November election draws near. Following the president's historic trainwreck debate performance last week, the Biden campaign is now emailing supporters with a list of instructions on how they can gaslight their friends and family that everything is okay in the Oval Office.

The Biden campaign's email details how supporters can respond to friends who are critical of the president's debate performance. According to the email, the only people who spotted something amiss during the debate, such as a "panicked aunt" or a "MAGA uncle," are just part of the "bedwetting brigade."

The campaign email acknowledges that "the debate started rough." However, it argued that the real takeaway was that "voters saw what a threat Donald Trump is to the country." The email encourages supporters to forcefully push back against those calling on the president to drop out of the race. It goes on to accuse such critics of being part of the "bedwetting brigade."

The email comes after last week's first presidential debate between Biden and President Donald Trump. The debate resulted in widespread criticism of the president's performance. Even some of Biden's most loyal media allies have now called on him to step down.

Shortly after the debate was over, CNN's John King said: "This was a game-changing debate in the sense that right now, as we speak, there is a deep, a wide, and a very aggressive panic in the Democratic Party. It started minutes into the debate and it continues right now."

In the aftermath of Biden's performance, calls for the president to step aside and allow for a different nominee have continued to intensify. The calls are even coming from within his own party.

According to a CBS News/YouGov poll released on Sunday, a staggering 72 percent of Americans believe that Biden does not have the "mental and cognitive health to serve as president." This marks a 7-point increase from just three weeks ago. In comparison, voters are evenly divided on whether former President Donald Trump has the mental and cognitive capacity for the job, with 50 percent saying he does and 49 percent saying he does not.

Over the weekend, Biden huddled with family to discuss what to do moving forward. And while many on the left are calling for him to drop out, that isn't likely to happen.

CNN's Kayla Tausche reported on Friday that Biden is not thinking about withdrawing from the presidential race despite his terrible debate performance and a concerted lobbying campaign from the leftist media to do so.

The Biden campaign's email is a clear sign that they are desperate to control the narrative and spin the president's disastrous debate performance. However, the American people are not buying it. The poll numbers speak for themselves, and it is clear that Biden is not fit to serve as president.
