JUST IN: New York man has been arrested in alleged Election Day bomb plot

A 56-year-old New York man has been arrested on federal charges after he allegedly intended to carry out a bombing on the National Mall on Election Day. Paul Rosenfeld of NY said he would set off a bomb on election day to kill himself and draw attention to "sortition" -- a belief that government officials should be chosen at random, not by vote.
