Meghan McCain took to twitter to send a message to her father on this Father's Day.
The Senator's daughter posted a twitter message, with the two of them sitting together outside. With the Senator's health situation the way it is, this could very well be the last Father's Day Meghan will have with her father, making this a bitter sweet day for the McCain family.

Meghan McCain tweeted out a Father's Day photo of herself and her dad, Sen. John McCain, on Sunday.
"Happy Fathers Day @SenJohnMcCain - you’re the greatest father in the world. I love you more than I can ever say. Thank you for always giving me something to believe in," McCain, who is a co-host of "The View," said in a tweet Sunday morning.
The undated photo shows the McCains together outside, wearing hats.
Sen. McCain, R-Ariz., has largely kept out of the public eye in recent months. The 81-year-old revealed in July 2017 he was diagnosed with glioblastoma, an aggressive form of brain cancer, and has been in his home state since Dec. 17 recovering from various treatments.
Senator McCain has been a strong critic of President Trump, siding against the president and his fellow Republicans several times. In a documentary about this life that was recently released, McCain even took the opportunity to take a jab at the current administration.
"The American people don't hold Washington and the people who work there in very high esteem. We need to make sure that we give the American people what they deserve, and right now they're not getting it,"
