GLENSIDE, Pa. (CBS) — Protesters hit the street to voice their concerns about conservative commentator Tomi Lahren.
The protesters were kept across the street from the Keswick Theatre in Glenside where Lahren gave a speech Thursday night.
A group of counter-protesters expressed support for Lahren.
Lahren herself then came out amidst those supporting her and urged respect for the counter-protesters and their First Amendment right to free speech.
"Nazis Die" spray painted on the door to the venue where Lahren was appearing.
Lahren stood her ground however, stating that "Truth is the new hate speech".
Once again, the "tolerant left" leaves their mark. No more fitting way than to vandalize a institution of art with hate speech, and implying that a woman is a member of the most radical party in history because she has different views than your own.
