washingtonexaminer.com reports: John Dowd, President Trump’s personal lawyer, said Robert Mueller did a “hell of a job” after unveiling the indictments of 13 Russian nationals and three Russian entities for seeking to interfere in the 2016 election.
“I think the special counsel found the culprits. I think he did a good job. I think he did a hell of a job,” Dowd said, according to the Daily Beast.
He noted that the indictment “speaks for itself.”
“I’m sure [Trump] is happy,” Dowd said. “We’ve had a lot of faith in Bob Mueller and his team and it makes you feel good when they do a good job. They got these bastards who tried to hurt the country.”
Pro-Trump Journalist Michael Goodwin Dishes The Goods On Mueller's Indictments!
New York Post author Michael Goodwin, often retweeted by President Trump, has written a column explaining how Mueller's indictments prove once and for all that President Trump won "fair and square."
From The NY Post:
After 18 months of Russia, Russia, Russia, we finally meet a cast of real Russians. But par for the convoluted course, they were pretending to be Americans.
The indictments obtained by special counsel Robert Mueller on Vladimir Putin’s attempts to create discord in the 2016 election and eventually support Donald Trump are important both for what they say and what they don’t say.
They offer huge victories for Trump — and thus more defeats for Hillary Clinton — but they don’t close the books on everything about 2016.
The very good news for the president is that the indictments are firm in saying that any Americans contacted by the 13 charged Russians, including Trump campaign associates, did not know they were dealing with Russians.
The indictments also state forcefully that despite their social media efforts, which ranged from creative to clumsy, the Russians had no impact on the election results.
Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein announced those findings in a flat monotone that belied their significance.
“There is no allegation in this indictment that any American was a knowing participant in this illegal activity,” he said. “There is no allegation in the indictment that the charged conduct altered the outcome of the 2016 election.”
Those are dramatic statements by any measure.

Sessions Is Going After The FBI - Firings Could Be Imminent!
Attorney General Jeff Sessions has ordered Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein to begin an "immediate review" of the FBI's conduct.
It is believed that this is a precursor to Sessions cracking down on the FBI's partisan behavior.
From The Daily Caller:
Attorney General Jeff Sessions ordered Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein to “conduct an immediate review” of both the Justice Department and FBI Friday.
Sessions referenced the new revelations into the FBI’s mishandling of tips on suspected Stoneman Douglass High School shooter Nikolas Cruz, which he called “tragic.”
“It is now clear that the warning signs were there and tips to the FBI were missed,” Sessions wrote in a statement. “We see the tragic consequences of those failures.”
“The FBI in conjunction with our state and local partners must act flawlessly to prevent all attacks. This is imperative, and we must do better,” he continued.
Sessions demanded the review would help both bodies “reach the highest level of prompt and effective response to indications of potential violence that comet to us.”
