Elizabeth Warren Is Fighting Back Against Her "Pocahontas" Moniker!
Senator Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) is fighting back against her "Pocahontas" nickname, a moniker given to her for her allegedly using supposed "Native American" ancestry in her blood to get favorable treatment in life.
From Fox News:
Sen. Elizabeth Warren has had it with the whole “Pocahontas” thing.
The Massachusetts Democrat used a surprise appearance Wednesday before a Native American audience to launch a fiery -- albeit belated -- counter-attack against President Trump for using that nickname as far back as the 2016 campaign.
In the D.C. address, Warren accused Trump of engaging in the “disrespect of Native people” by using the term -- while doubling down on her past claims of American Indian ancestry that earned her the moniker in the first place.
“I’ve noticed that every time my name comes up, President Trump likes to talk about Pocahontas,” Warren said in a speech to the National Congress of American Indians, according to prepared remarks.
Speaking of Trump, the potential 2020 Democratic presidential candidate said: “Now we have a president who can’t make it through a ceremony honoring Native American war heroes without reducing Native history, Native culture, Native people to the butt of a joke. The joke, I guess, is supposed to be on me.”
She added: “Our country’s disrespect of Native people didn’t start with President Trump.”
Trump has repeatedly mocked Warren for past claims she has made about being part Native American – claims contested by opponents during her Senate runs.
During her run for the Senate in 2012, it was revealed Harvard once touted her as a minority hire, citing Native American ancestry even though she hasn’t referred to herself that way in more recent years. She had claimed to be part Cherokee. But she did not provide documentation, and one report at the time estimated she could be just 1/32 American Indian.
Uh Oh! Elizabeth Warren Forgot To Cover Her Tracks!
Sen. Elizabeth Warren, the only U.S. Senate who has claimed to be Native America, is noticeably absent from the Tribal Nations Policy Summit this week.
From Dailycaller: Sen. Elizabeth Warren, who has claimed to be Native American, is conspicuously absent from a Tribal Nations Policy Summit this week.
The National Congress of American Indians Tribal Nations Policy Summit is taking place in Washington, DC, this week, and it features a whole host of politicians and high-profile speakers, including House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi, Secretary of the Interior Ryan Zinke and Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein.
However, Warren — the only U.S. Senator who has claimed a Native American heritage — is missing from the guest list.

Elizabeth Warren's CFPB Headquarters Extravagance Has Been Exposed!
The new CFPB headquarters boasts amenities and luxuries that rank it with some of the best office buildings in the world.
The agency has been criticized for its lengthy delays and massive cost overruns to build the new office.
From The Daily Caller:
Taxpayers no longer have to wonder how their money has been spent at the newly renovated headquarters at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.
Mick Mulvaney, the CFPB’s acting director, graciously allowed The Daily Caller News Foundation to take an exclusive tour on Feb. 1 of the federal office — founded by Democratic Sen. Elizabeth Warren of Massachusetts — that has been widely criticized for cost overruns and extravagance.
A June 2014 Inspector General report concluded there was “no sound basis” for the agency’s renovation cost estimates. Shortly thereafter, the contracting for the building was transferred from the bureau to the General Services Administration, that oversaw the current renovation.
Martin Michalosky, the bureau’s chief administrative officer, escorted TheDCNF on the tour. He was helpful and courteous as this DCNF reporter walked through the six stories of the building that sits across the street from the White House.
The first thing that stands out is that the office space does not feel like a government building at all. It could be an upscale hotel, a college campus or a corporate headquarters.
“There was interest to move this above a Class C Building,” said a CFPB source familiar with the renovation and the operation of the building. “Now it’s a Class A building,” he told TheDCNF.
The Building Owners and Managers Association International, which represents owners and managers of all commercial office buildings, describe Class A buildings as “the most coveted buildings in the marketplace.”
The $124 million spent to date for the 303,000 square foot office building is $409 per square foot, more than Trump World Tower, which cost $334 per square foot or Las Vegas’ Bellagio Hotel and Casino, priced at $330 per square foot.
It’s also double the $227.64 per square foot construction costs for “Class 1 – Best Quality” of masonry or concrete government buildings as reported in the 2018 National Building Cost Manual, the Bible for construction cost projections.
The new CFPB headquarters areas are very comfortable. The foyer feels like an inviting hotel lobby.

SEE VIDEO: Elizabeth Warren Brings Vulgar Protest To Red State!
Senator Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) has yelled "we march with pink pussy hats!" at a rally in Austin, Texas.
From The Washington Times:
Progressive Texans burst into applause on Friday as Sen. Elizabeth Warren delivered a women’s rights speech with the following rallying cry: “We march with pink pussy hats!”
Annie’s List, a group that aims to recruit progressive women for office in the Lone Star State, turned to the Massachusetts senator this year to energize its members. Ms. Warren’s speech ran the gamut of issues addressed at a nationwide series of Women’s March protests held Jan. 20-21.
“Women know what it’s like to get talked over in meetings, passed over for promotions, and screwed over in salary negotiations,” Ms. Warren told an Austin crowd at Long Center for the Performing Arts. “Nevertheless, we persist. We persist and we march. We march in pink pussy hats! We march carrying hand-made signs! We march with our moms and our sisters and our daughters. And last year we marched in the largest single-day protest in the history of the entire world! Yes!”
