Previously Deported Rapist Arrested In The U.S.!

Previously deported rapist Wilmer Avila-Gamez, an illegal immigrant from Honduras, was arrested in Arizona recently.

From Breitbart:

Border Patrol agents in the Tucson Sector arrested a previously deported Honduran national with a prior conviction for raping a woman in California. The arrest came shortly after the man crossed from Mexico into Arizona.

While working on patrol near the border community of Arivaca, Arizona, agents encountered 44-year-old Wilmer Avila-Gamez, an illegal alien from Honduras. Agents transported him to their station for processing and a background investigation, according to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP).

After conducting a biometric background investigation, agents discovered Avila-Gomes is a previously deported alien with a criminal history in California. A court in Santa Ana, California, convicted the Honduran national in April 2011 on a felony charge of “Rape by Force.” Immigration officers deported the man following his prison term.

Avila-Gomez now faces new felony charges of Aggravated Re-Entry after Removal as a Convicted Sex Offender. If convicted on this charge, he could receive up to 20 years in federal prison.

Last week, a federal judge handed down prison sentences to two illegal aliens in Detroit, Michigan, who had re-entered the U.S. after being deported.

Joe Arpaio Has His Own Solution to the Dreamers Problem - Deport Them All!

Sheriff Joe Arpaio says he knows what to do with Dreamers. Arpaio thinks they should all be deported. Once the Dreamers realize what life is like in their own countries, Arpaio says give them a fast track back to the United States.

https://twitter.com/ABC/status/957784524053676032

abcnews.go.com reports: "I would deport these Dreamers and let them see the country they came from, be ambassadors to our country, and later on give them kind of a fast track to come back into the United States legally and that would take care of a lot of issues," he told ABC News, talking about recipients of the Deferred Action on Childhood Arrivals. "A lot of these Dreamers have a good education and all that and they can go into [their home] country and be ambassadors and talk how great America is and also see their country. And maybe some of them don’t want to come back -- who knows, if they get a big job -- but if they want to come back, let them come back like everybody else, and let them come into our country and do what everybody else does that comes into our country, with a green card," he said. The Truth Is In About President Trump's Deportations Of Mexicans!

President Trump's administration has sent home fewer Mexicans than former President Obama did last year. We believe that is likely due to the fact that not as many Mexicans are trying to illegally cross the border with Trump in office. From Bloomberg: President Donald Trump sent 26 percent fewer Mexicans back home this year through November than Barack Obama did in the same period in 2016, despite vows to crack down on illegal immigration, Mexican government data show. About 152,000 Mexican nationals were repatriated from the U.S. between January and November, according to data from Mexico’s Interior Ministry that were first reported by Milenio newspaper. That compares with just under 205,000 in the first 11 months of 2016. Trump, who took office Jan. 20, has vowed to expel potentially millions of undocumented immigrants and to build a wall along the Mexican border. He also ended, at least temporarily, Obama-era protections against deportation of people who were brought to the U.S. illegally as children. Officials at U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement pointed to their statistics when asked for comment. Read more: (Link: www.bloomberg.com) Please share and comment!

Illegal Alien From Mexico Had WAY More Deportations Than Even Garcia Zarate

An illegal alien from Mexico who was convicted of sexually assaulting a woman in her home, and attacking another in a parking lot, had previously been deported 20 times from the U.S. Yes, you read that correct. This alien was deported 20 times, and came back 21. That is four times as many as Jose Ines Garcia Zarate, who had previously been deported five times before he "accidentally" killed Kate Steinle with a stolen firearm. This is why we need the wall! From The Gateway Pundit (read more here: (Link: www.thegatewaypundit.com) As reported by Fox News, Sergio Jose Martinez, 31, was sentenced to 35 years in prison on Friday after he sexually assaulted a woman in her home and attacked another in a parking lot in Oregon. Martinez attacked both women on the same day, just a week after he had been released from jail. He had also been deported from the U.S. 20 times previously. Friday, Martinez pled guilty to 10 counts including sexual assault – smiling and grinning throughout the trial and even whilst pleading guilty to his crimes. Oregon was American’s first sanctuary state, adopting the law in 1987 – meaning law enforcement is unable to detain people who are in the U.S. illegally if they have not broken other laws. In short, sanctuary states and cities are a total joke and the recent verdict in the Kate Steinle trial can attest to that, too. Whilst relatives of the victims spoke, Martinez often grinned. When leaving the courtroom after being sentenced, he told the victim’s families: “See all you guys in Hell”. Along with his 20 deportations, Martinez had a long list of low-level drug offenses, disorderly conduct, and other misdemeanors.
