Muller is going to request a court date for Manafort and Richard Gates according to a court filing.
The date Mueller chose is May 14, 2018.

reuters.com reports: WASHINGTON (Reuters) - U.S. Special Counsel in the Russia probe Robert Mueller will request a trial date of May 14 for Trump’s former campaign manager Paul Manafort and Manafort’s associate Richard Gates, Mueller said in a court filing in U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia Friday.

Mueller Running Out Of Options! Look Who He May Be Interviewing Next!

NBC has reported that Mueller's team is interested in interviewing President Trump as part of the investigation into Russia's possible interference in the 2016 election. From Reuters: WASHINGTON (Reuters) - U.S. President Donald Trump’s lawyers are talking to the Federal Bureau of Investigation about a possible interview with the president as part of Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s probe into Russian interference in the 2016 election, NBC News reported on Monday. Citing three people familiar with the situation, NBC said lawyers for Trump had met with representatives of Mueller’s office in late December to discuss the logistics of any such interview. They included the location and length of such an interview as well as legal standards and options for its format, including written responses instead of a formal sit-down, according to the news network. Mueller has been appointed by the Justice Department to investigate allegations of Russian meddling in the November 2016 election and possible collusion with Trump’s campaign. Washington lawyers hold "a broad expectation" special counsel Robert Mueller will file a superseding indictment of Manafort and Rick Gates, Manafort's business partner, to replace the existing one, per the Daily Beast. “I would expect a superseding indictment to come down relatively soon,” said Jonathan Turley, a George Washington University law school professor. “There was much in the narrative of the indictment that referenced crimes not charged ... There’s also a tactical reason for this, that superseding indictments tend to grind defendants a bit more over time,” Turley continued.
