BREAKING: Things Just Got A Whole Lot Worse For Sen. Al Franken
Following 24 calls for the Senator's resignation, an eight woman has come forward accusing the Al Franken of sexual misconduct.
From The Hill: A former Democratic staffer on Wednesday became the eighth woman to accuse Sen. Al Franken (D-Minn.) of sexual misconduct just hours after two dozen of his Senate Democratic colleagues called for his resignation.
Lisa DuPuy, one-time communications director for former Rep. Alan Grayson (D-Fla.), wrote in The Atlantic that Franken groped her at a 2009 Media Matters party celebrating then-President Barack Obama's inauguration.
"Then I saw Al Franken," DuPuy writes of the party. "I only bug celebrities for pictures when it’ll make my foster mom happy. She loves Franken, so I asked to get a picture with him. We posed for the shot. He immediately put his hand on my waist, grabbing a handful of flesh. I froze. Then he squeezed. At least twice."
Six female Democratic senators call for Al Franken 2 resign after a sixth woman accuses him of unwanted advances: Sens. Claire McCaskill, Maggie Hassan, Kirsten Gillibrand, Patty Murray, Mazie K. Hirono & Kamala Harris.

Many are speculating Democrats are gearing up to force Republicans out of office, including President Trump by sacrificing one of their own.
