One America News Network announced that it is making the switch to Rumble after a tumultuous relationship with YouTube.
“OANN decided to #MakeTheSwitch to #Rumble, where we can freely report the news without restrictions or censorship,” the network announced on Twitter. “Subscribe to our channel at http://rumble.com/OANN or download the Rumble app!”
The move comes a week after YouTube barred One America News Network from posting new videos and suspended its ability to monetize its existing content. The one-week ban was due to violating YouTube’s policy on COVID-19 misinformation after the network publicized a “cure” to the virus.
OANN was also suspended from YouTube’s Partner program, forcing the company to reapply if it wants to monetize its content again.
