U.S. Attorney appoints election watchdog for Nevada

LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — The U.S. Attorney for Nevada has named his office's watchdog for the upcoming general election.

Nicholas Trutanich's office says Assistant U.S. Attorney Jamie Mickelson will serve as District Election Officer for the state.

Mickelson will be tasked with overseeing federal prosecutors' handling of complaints regarding election fraud and voting rights concerns, according to the U.S. Attorney's office.... (Read more)
